What we look at before writing anything

We ask to see the actual thing: the spreadsheet, the inbox rule, the website, the export that someone dreads.

If two systems already hold the data, we connect them. If a person is the integration, we automate the person-shaped gap. If judgment is required, we put a model on that part and leave the rest alone.

The missing piece is usually smaller than it felt in the meeting.
