CRM integration and data entry automation
I write Python scripts that enter data into your CRM for you. That works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, and the other major CRMs. I also connect your CRM to the other systems you use, and set up automated reminders and follow-up emails so nobody has to remember to send them.
I have hands-on experience with Salesforce and with integrations between systems.
What this looks like in a lot of offices
A lead comes in by email. Someone opens the CRM and types in the name, phone, company, and a few notes. Someone else copies new customers from a spreadsheet into contact records, one row at a time. A web form or a vendor PDF shows up, and that gets typed in by hand too. It takes hours every week, and it is easy to miss a field or forget to follow up.
What I build
- Scripts that read spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and web forms and fill in the right CRM records
- Pulling data from portals and other systems that have no export, then entering it in the CRM
- A check for an existing contact first, so you do not end up with duplicates
- Keeping your CRM in sync with the other systems you run, like accounting or scheduling
- Reminders for your team when a deal or a client needs attention
- Follow-up emails that go out on the schedule you set
The CRMs I work with
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Pipedrive all have APIs, so a Python script can create and update records in them directly. When a step only exists on a web page, I use browser automation for that part. I am not a partner of any of these companies. You keep your own CRM account and license.
Where AI helps
Some of what goes into a CRM is messy. A lead email written in a hurry, a signed PDF, a scanned form. AI is good at reading those and pulling out the name, phone number, amount, or date. The rest runs as plain Python, so it does the same thing every time. If a field cannot be read clearly, the script leaves it blank and tells you.
Who this is for
Offices that already have a CRM but still type things into it by hand. Teams whose follow-ups slip because the day gets busy. Businesses that keep a spreadsheet or another system next to the CRM and copy between the two every week.
How it starts
We pick one workflow. You show me where the data comes from and what should end up in the CRM. I build that first, you use it for a while, and then we look at the next one. Tell me which CRM you use from the contact section, and I will tell you plainly what I can automate.
Questions people ask
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. I work with the CRM you already pay for. Your team keeps using it the same way.
Can the follow-up emails come from my own email address?
Yes. They can go out from your own Gmail or Outlook account, using wording you approve first.
What if my CRM is not one of the ones you listed?
If it has an API or a web login, I can usually work with it. Tell me which one you use and I will check before we start.
Are you a Salesforce or HubSpot partner?
No. I am an independent consultant. I build on top of the CRM account you already have, and the account and license stay yours.
